Project Scope
Each project is defined by an agreed scope, timeline, and deliverables prior to the start of work. Any requests outside the original scope may require additional fees and extended timelines.
Payments & Refund Policy
All payments are agreed upon before project commencement. Work will not begin until the initial payment is received. Due to the nature of design and digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has started.
